Information collected
When you send a trip brief, the site may collect your first name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, destinations of interest, approximate trip length, travel timing, party type and size, interests, budget range, and any notes you choose to provide.
The site may also record basic source information such as referral page, campaign parameters, and the page used to start the inquiry. This helps understand which marketing and content generate useful inquiries.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your travel request, contact you about the requested trip, improve the planning process, and understand website and lead performance. It may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, lead storage, email delivery, anti-spam protection, scheduling, and trip operations when necessary to provide the requested service. The production setup uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 for website delivery and lead storage and may sync inquiry contact and trip-brief fields to MailerLite; inclusion in a newsletter or marketing group is separate and requires the optional marketing consent described below.
Marketing emails
Occasional marketing or travel-note emails are separate from responding to a trip inquiry. They should only be sent when you have actively chosen the optional marketing sign-up or otherwise provided appropriate consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Professional partners
If you proceed with trip planning or booking, relevant information may be shared with professional travel partners and suppliers when needed to evaluate, arrange, or support the journey you requested. Separate booking terms and privacy notices may apply to booked travel services.
Data retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for inquiry management, trip planning, business records, legal obligations, and legitimate operational analysis. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The trip-brief form does not require advertising or analytics cookies to submit an inquiry. If analytics or advertising platforms are added later, the live privacy and consent implementation should be updated to reflect the technologies actually in use and applicable legal requirements.
