The planning process

Custom travel without making the planning feel complicated.

You bring the idea. I help work out the route, pace, hotels, experiences and practical details that make it function well as a complete trip.

1

Start with a short trip brief

Tell me the countries you're considering, group size, number of days, interests and approximate budget.

2

Talk through the decisions

We clarify what matters most and where the trip needs judgment rather than more choices.

3

Shape and refine the itinerary

Route, hotels, experiences and pacing are adjusted until the trip feels right for you.

4

Travel with support behind you

The trip is professionally arranged and support continues before departure and on the road.

What you're actually buying

Judgment, not just reservations.

You can book a hotel online. The useful part is knowing which hotel belongs in your route, which room category is worth paying for, whether the location works, what the arrival day should look like and what to do around it.

Two ways to start

Start with a brief, or talk it through.

The trip brief gives me enough context to be useful before we speak. If you already know you want to talk, book a time and we can start there.
